Chad's career encompasses 20+ years in marketing and advertising.  He's built a career leading high-impact strategies for some of the most recognized brands in hospitality, gaming, sports, entertainment and finance.

Chad started as a Graphic Production Artist at the Las Vegas Review-Journal before enlisting in the U.S. Army, where he served as a Veteran of Foreign War. After returning to Las Vegas, he spent four years with CMS, Inc., a casino gaming manufacturer, before embarking on a 15-year tenure with MGM Resorts International. There, he held key marketing leadership roles at Treasure Island, Bellagio, Mandalay Bay, and Luxor, eventually serving as Corporate VP of Marketing Ops, overseeing 22 resorts nationwide. During his time at MGM, he launched national brand campaigns, was on the opening team for Delano Las Vegas, managed multimillion-dollar marketing budgets, and led the implementation of MarTech innovations such as mobile check-in and digital key.

Chad then became CMO at Virgin Hotels Las Vegas, leading the marketing strategy for the first licensed and fully integrated Virgin Hotels brand worldwide. He collaborated with Virgin Group to launch a nationwide advertising campaign introducing VHLV as the newest resort in Las Vegas.

Following that, he took on the role of CMO at The Brennan Entities, leading partnerships, sponsorships, advertising, and FinTech strategy while supporting the expansion of Dollar Loan Center brick-and-mortar locations. He later served as CMO at PrairieFire Nevada, leading the national rebrand and overseeing marketing strategy for the premier 550-acre outdoor shooting destination inspired by Special Operations training.

Now, as President and Chief Marketing Officer at CBA Professional Marketing Services, Chad provides fractional CMO services, helping businesses define strategy, scale marketing teams, drive sales growth, and optimize customer conversion for maximum ROI.

He holds a BS in Marketing from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and an MBA from the University of Phoenix. He's the President of the Board of Trustees for Olive Crest Nevada, a graduate of the MGM Resorts International Executive Leadership Institute, an alumni member of the Super Bowl LVIII Host Committee, and an Executive Committee Member of the SRS Distribution Las Vegas Bowl.
